Greensburg Village Apartments Property Manager, Elizabeth Dotson recently attended the 2016 Annual Kentucky Housing Management Conference that was held at the Galt House in Louisville, KY April 26-28th. This conference was presented by SAHMA and Kentucky Housing Corporation. During the conference an awards ceremony is held to award honors for high performing individuals and organizations whose passion and caring as well as innovation and strategies are used to help meet the needs of families and communities across Kentucky. The goal of these awards are to:

Outstanding Performance: Management Company Award
This award is presented to an organization that has provided excellent property management services; they are in compliance with HUD regulations and responsive to partners and resident concerns. They excel in providing training to staff and enhancing the quality of life for the residents of their property. Properties within their staff portfolio must have scored 80% or better on the most recent REAC inspection and maintain great residents relations. Greensburg Village scored a 99.46% on their last REAC inspection in 2015.
