Millennia Housing Management Ltd. today announced that Lee John Felgar has been named president, effective February 18. In this role, Felgar will be responsible for improving operational efficiencies, achieving organizational goals and ensuring high-quality standards are applied across Millennia’s housing portfolio, which consists of more than 270 multi-family residential communities in 26 states.
“Lee’s extensive experience in the multi-family real estate industry provides him with the expertise needed to propel Millennia forward,” states Frank T. Sinito, chief executive officer of The Millennia Companies. “This is a vital role, and Lee is the perfect person to provide the strong leadership we need to build the company’s capacity after a period of extreme growth.”
Felgar is a 30-year veteran of the real estate industry; his career includes leadership roles at the National Corporation for Housing Partnerships, Volunteers of America and Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc. Most recently, he served as president of Pennrose Management Company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he was instrumental in building teams, implementing systems and preparing the organization for high-growth. Under Felgar’s leadership, the company received numerous industry awards and delivered excellent operational/customer service results for housing partners and residents.

Felgar has worked in multi-family real estate in 33 states and Puerto Rico. He received his B.A. from Penn State University and his M.B.A. from Suffolk University. He has completed additional training at Duke University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and PNC Bank’s Management Training Program. Also, Felgar served as First Lieutenant in the United States Air Force.
